I was excited to use in my new SUV

I was excited to use in my new SUV. When I received liners the driver side was crooked and did not fit tight. I called they advised to twist wrong side out place weight on for several hours. Had memory would fit. WRONG! I decided to return and purchase through dealer. Fit better made with stronger material. For Weathertech to have such a so called "great" product. It was poorly made. I returned. That was another nightmare. Service rep told me would be credited back in 3 days. Yea right! It took over 3 weeks and numerous calls. Talked to so many people and the lies!!
Finally got my money.
They are great about selling and taking your money.
Never will I purchase again or recommend.

Disappointed & Dissatisfied: WT Side Window Deflectors

Last summer I purchased WeatherTech side window deflectors for a 2020 Honda CRV, and had them installed by WeatherTech at their location. After a year with them I can confidently say that I regret the purchase. The deflectors rattle when you close the doors, they prevent the windows from closing 100% resulting in more road noise, and they completely interfere with the closing of the front windows. They say you can't use the auto-up function to close the windows, that you have to hold the button until the window closes, however even that doesn't work and the windows go up and down again and sometimes takes 3 or 4 tries before the window stays up. I did my research before purchasing them and thought, all-in-all, that I had made a reasonable choice, but for me they are a disappointment and money wasted. Should have gone with the Honda external-mount deflectors instead!

Purchased floor mats for a Silverado…

Purchased floor mats for a Silverado High Country a they are very hard to clean t usually takes three scrubbings with a brush to get dirt out of bottom of groves. They are stiff and do not conform to the floor. Would definitely not purchase again.

I purchased Weathertech floor liners…

I purchased Weathertech floor liners for a 2018 Ford Escape SE. The liners do fit and keep floor and carpet somewhat clean. However, when you remove them for car cleaning they do not bend easily causing dirt to spill on to carpet floor. I purchased the floor liner cleaner and protector also. The cleaner does not clean the liner. They look terrible and I have tried 4 times! Rubber mats are better! There is no way I would recommended these over price pieces of junk to anyone!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. You get a voice that actually says "please do not leave multiple messages". If they have to say that in their voice-mail it's because they clearly don't call back, which I can confirm they do not. I will never deal with this company again.

Appear to have knowingly sold defective product

Purchased Weather Tech Pet Barrier to keep large dogs from jumping into front seat possibly causing accident. The thumbnuts holding the horizontal bars to the frame did not do that, so with the dogs' weight against them they slipped down and the dogs could get through. Not one but two (!) customer service representatives acknowledged this was a known defect and the company did not yet have a solution. So I ended up on a list, if you can believe it, to get a replacement part when the company figures out what to do, and was sent pictures of 2 DIY fixes. I wrote the CEO two weeks ago expressing my concern that the company would knowingly sell a defective product that, if it failed, could cause loss of life and have had no response.

Exact quote from second rep: "unfortunately, the only other thing we can recommend is making sure the screw is firmly in the teardrop area of the black bar, and using zip ties can help as well." He went on to say "[w]e are still waiting for a new part that is going to help with the issue, but we haven't gotten information as to when it will be available... if you want to keep the barrier, I ca add you to the list and send the new part when it is available."

This, from a company that proclaims on its website "our customers are our number one priority" and "we will do whatever we can to make sure our customers are happy for a lifetime."

Right.

Top of the line product. Garbage customer service.

I buy many new vehicles (roughly once every year and a half.) I purchase WeatherTech floor liners for ALL of my vehicles. Now, while they do have the absolute BEST product on the market when it comes to protecting the floor of your vehicle, they have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my 36 years on this planet. Their website states that you have 30 minutes to make changes to any order, or your order is final. What company is so audacious to put that on their website!? You people sell overpriced floormats, not heaven! Get over yourselves. They offer ZERO loyalty programs or discounts for repeat customers. They even fought me on the free shipping for multiple items in one order. They talk to you like they're your Dad letting you get away with whatever it is "just this one time." I'm a paying CUSTOMER! Who talks to people like that. Now, I know some of you may think I'm a "Karen", but I have in fact been a customer service representative, and been on the other end of those calls. The way they act, and their company policies are far from acceptable. The sad part is it's not just one person having a bad day, this is literally ANY representative you interact with. Don't believe me? Try it. Make up a simple problem, call them and be polite, see how you are treated. Let me know how it goes. I am going to look high and low for another company to do business with from now on. They can't be the only one making decent floor liners. For $300 a set I'll start cutting them myself. I wouldn't mind paying the fee if they at least acted grateful for my patronage. PLEASE look elsewhere. These people make a great product, but they need to be taught a lesson.

I really feel bad putting this out for…

I really feel bad putting this out for the whole world to see - but I'm an honest person - and I really screwed Up! I have a 2004 Ford Explorer that after 17 years (just over 100,000 miles) still looks new and I wanted to take care of it the best way I could (it is under a shelter - covered by a very well made padded car cover) ... so I bought Weathertech Seat covers, floor mats and their Cargo mat. All of this stuff on TV looks fantastic. And when they tell you it is "laser measured - for correct fit", etc. and it really sounds like something great ... WRONG !!! it is some really cheap crap - the seat covers don't half fit (even after they ask you for exact make - model - year, etc) ...the floor mats "roll up" like tacos after a few weeks (they will actually tell you how to turn them inside out to hopefully get back in shape) and the cargo mat is more of the same. "IF" they would use some material thick enough to actually hold its shape - they might actually be worth the purchase price, but I'm out around $600 and believe me - their "Made In America" product could have been much better made in China. It's really a shame for them to use the patriotism angle to lure folks in to buying their product ...by the way - I'm a disabled American Veteran and patriotism is something real to me. I bought all of the above items at "TNT Exhaust center" in Reidsville, NC. They not only do exhaust but also sell 4WD / trailer / modification parts. I no longet have the receipt, but am sure that Joel and his wife (who run the business) will remember me as I am a regular customer.

Slippery surface - avoid these products

The surface is so slippery - things in the trunk slide all over - wish I had not spent the money and with the terrible return policy of paying for shipping, not refunding original shipping and a 15% restocking fee I wouldn't even get ½ of my money back - terrible product and terrible company - so wish I had read these reviews first - live and learn

Worst purchasing experience

I tried to purchase products for a brother in Canada. Whether you use the Canadian site or the American site you cannot do so with your credit card. I called the company and their answer was... call your credit card company to set it up so that you can use an alternative address. When I said I'm not going to be jumping through hoops to buy from you she basically hung up. If I had service like this at our company, heads would roll.
Of course, now there isn't a hope in hell that I would buy from this company.

Missing hardware- poor customer service

Purchased f150 mudflaps. Came without the mounting hardware. Emailed customer service and they said they would be be received in up to 7 business days. At the 8th day emailed for update and response said they would be received next week. (January 7th received flaps, week of January 25th is the expected arrival of missed hardware). Called to provide complaint and John s. Was rude and condescending.
No issues with the actual product, but customer service is garbage. You would think that they would prioritize fixing their mistake. Over 2 weeks to receive two screws and two stickers, from a company down the highway from me. Brutal. Will not purchase their products in the future simply due to their customer service. ( again, actual product is fine)
Update. February 4th and still no hardware. They’re blaming on Canada post/covid. But again I would think they could purolate to resolve their mistake instead of sending via letter mail.
UPDATE: March 5th. Multiple sets were apparently mailed without receiving them. 20+ emails between. Finally got Better Business Bureau involved and the day after they issued the complaint, Weathertech sent a replacement set via UPS and arrived 2 days later. So took almost exactly 2 months for them to send missing hardware. Took 10 minutes to install. The product is good. But no way i should have had to get BBB involved to resolve this.

I did look around for other options in lieu of YOUR cupholder. We are researching ones that are much less expensive and "look" more sturdy.

Though I had a lousy experience with being sold a defective product, both times I called customer service my wait time was very brief and the representatives courteous and professional.
